CreatorTerms is operated by Flintbuild LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“Flintbuild,” “we,” “us,” or “CreatorTerms”). By accessing or using the CreatorTerms platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
1. Description of Service
CreatorTerms is a software platform designed to help creators better understand common terms found in influencer and creator agreements. Users may upload or paste contract text into the platform. CreatorTerms uses automated artificial intelligence systems to generate informational outputs that may include identification of commonly observed contract provisions, summaries of contract language, potential considerations creators often review before signing agreements, example negotiation phrasing commonly seen in creator agreements, and general informational insights about creator-industry practices. All outputs are generated automatically by software systems. CreatorTerms is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
2. Refund Policy
All purchases are final. CreatorTerms delivers analysis results immediately upon purchase, and no refunds will be issued for completed analyses. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Flintbuild, LLC.
3. Affiliate Program
CreatorTerms may operate an affiliate or referral program for approved partners. Affiliate participation is subject to written approval by Flintbuild LLC, and we may accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate relationship at our discretion. Affiliate links and promotional codes may be tracked using cookies, checkout metadata, payment processor records, and related attribution tools.
Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, coupon abuse, misleading promotion, paid search bidding on CreatorTerms or Flintbuild brand terms without written permission, purchases made with stolen or unauthorized payment methods, and referrals generated through spam, bots, fake accounts, or deceptive activity are prohibited and are not commissionable. Approved affiliates may receive a separate personal-use discount for their own CreatorTerms purchases, but personal-use discounts do not create affiliate commissions.
Affiliate commissions are not earned until the underlying customer payment is valid, settled, not refunded, not disputed, and approved by Flintbuild LLC. If a refund, chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, fraud claim, duplicate payment, or other payment failure occurs before or after an affiliate payout, we may void the commission, withhold unpaid commissions, offset the amount against future payouts, or require repayment of amounts already paid. This clawback right applies even if the chargeback or dispute occurs after an affiliate has already been paid.
4. No Legal Advice
CreatorTerms is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal services. Use of CreatorTerms does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Flintbuild LLC. The platform generates AI-generated informational outputs intended to help creators better understand common contract concepts. These outputs should not be relied upon as legal advice or as a substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney. Users should consult qualified legal counsel before making legal or contractual decisions.
5. AI-Generated Content and Limitations
CreatorTerms uses automated artificial intelligence technologies to generate outputs based on documents submitted by users. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or omissions, may reflect incomplete or incorrect document inputs, may not reflect current legal standards or industry practices, and may misinterpret contractual language. Flintbuild LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated outputs. You agree that you will not rely solely on CreatorTerms when making legal, financial, or contractual decisions.
6. User Responsibility for Uploaded Documents
You are solely responsible for any documents you upload or submit to CreatorTerms. By uploading a document, you represent that you have the legal right to submit the document, that submitting the document does not violate any confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure obligations, or contractual restrictions, and that you are authorized to share the document with third-party software providers used by the platform. CreatorTerms does not review or enforce confidentiality obligations contained in uploaded agreements.
7. Document Processing and Storage
CreatorTerms may temporarily process uploaded documents in order to generate informational outputs. Full contract documents are not permanently stored after processing. Summaries, insights, and generated outputs may be stored to provide reports and account functionality. Users are responsible for retaining copies of their own agreements.
8. No Duty to Monitor
CreatorTerms does not monitor, review, or verify documents submitted by users for legal compliance, confidentiality restrictions, or completeness and accuracy. All outputs are generated automatically by software systems. Flintbuild LLC has no obligation to review user-submitted documents or ensure that uploaded content complies with applicable agreements or laws. Users remain solely responsible for the documents they upload and any decisions made based on platform outputs.
9. Third-Party Service Providers
CreatorTerms relies on third-party service providers to operate the platform. These providers may include services for artificial intelligence processing, cloud hosting and infrastructure, authentication and account services, payment processing, and analytics and platform security. Flintbuild LLC may change or substitute these providers at any time in order to operate or improve the service.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CreatorTerms to upload malicious software or harmful code, submit documents you do not have the legal right to share, violate applicable laws or regulations, or attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform. Flintbuild LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Intellectual Property
CreatorTerms, including its software, design, technology, and platform functionality, is the property of Flintbuild LLC. Users retain ownership of documents they upload. By submitting documents to CreatorTerms, you grant Flintbuild LLC a limited license to process those documents solely for the purpose of generating outputs for your use.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flintbuild LLC, CreatorTerms, and their officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the CreatorTerms platform, documents or content you upload or submit, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any law, regulation, or contractual obligation, including confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
CreatorTerms is provided “as is” and “as available.” Flintbuild LLC makes no warranties regarding accuracy of outputs, uninterrupted availability of the service, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all warranties are disclaimed.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flintbuild LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of CreatorTerms. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service during the previous twelve months.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
Flintbuild LLC may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of CreatorTerms after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
